Not Much... I can't find any news on Terra so I just wanted to tell you something. I watched the swedish version of Idol yesterday and there was this guy singing a song. I started singing along without thinking of what song it was, and it was Say it's Possible he sang. It was just so cool, had to ttell you guys. Finnished!!... Well Almost... I've worked alot on the site, in the summer heat (welll, there's been some rain...) and I'm pretty much finnished. I haven't put up a new Gallery layout cause I need to fix one thing with the gallery, which I haven't figured out how to do yet, but I did add some pictures. But my goal was to have the site up before I start school, and it's tomorrow so... Also We have a Lyrics section now, and though it may not seem as big changes there's been alot of work to do. Anyways, Hope you like it, and hopefully I will figure out what to do with the gallery! /Helena |

Hiatus? First of all I added a wallpaper to the media section. My sister made it and I like it so check it out. Also I'm thinking about do a total makeover of the site now when I have the time. I don't know yet if I'm gonna put the site on hiatus or if I will have the time to update too. But if you don't see any updates in a while that's why! |
4th Of July For me 4th of July is a day that I celebrate only because it's my sister's birthday, no wonder since I don't live in the US. Where am I going with this? Well Terra updated her blog and wrote everything she knows about the independence day. here it is! celebrate good timesAh yes....July 4th.... Independence Day, as defined by Wikipedia, is "a federal holiday commemorating the adoption of the Declaration of Independence on July 4th, 1776, declaring independence from the Kingdom of Great Britain." See, basically, the Thirteen Colonies had been at odds with Great Britain for a while. Great Britain had this idea of what it wanted The Colonies to be, and the Colonies did not agree with this plan. Additionally, the Empire was trying to survive and maintain its control, and was deeply in debt. Looking for ways to stay afloat, Great Britain decided to try and take more money from the Colonies, despite the fact that the Colonies were doing everything on their own, had their own legislatures and were not even directly represented in Parliament. Initially, the Colonies were split - some hoped to reconcile, maintaining a strong loyalty to the King and hoping that he would step in and help sort things out, while others saw the benefits of independence. They followed the rules of Parliament for a while and wrote a petition, but support from the King never came. He rejected the petition and Colonial attachment to the Empire was weakened. Movement towards declaring independence became a reality. Finally, on the 4th of July the Continental Congress adopted the Declaration of Independence, a statement liberating the Colonies from the unjust rule and tyranny of the Empire. Fuck yeah! I'm not usually one for big holiday celebrations, but this year I'll celebrate. xox |

California and Umbrella If you haven't visited terra's myspace in a while you probably haven't noticed this, but terra have added her own version of Rihanna's Umbrella. She added a video on youtube with the song a while ago, but it's not so good quality. So go to myspace and listen. It's soo good!!
